THEME
On Friday, October 30, 2026, the Leading with Integrity Foundation (LWI) will host its 9th Annual National Integrity Conference, bringing together leaders from the public and private sectors for a meaningful exploration of integrity and ethical leadership.
This year’s theme, “Beyond Compliance: Building Integrity from the Inside Out,” challenges us to look beyond rules, policies and control mechanisms and consider a more fundamental question:
What causes a person to choose integrity, even when no one is watching?
Organizations and governments have invested significantly in compliance frameworks, codes of conduct, legislation, oversight and accountability mechanisms. These are important. Yet external controls alone cannot guarantee ethical behavior.
Lasting integrity requires something more. It requires internal conviction.
The 2026 conference will explore the factors that shape that conviction and examine how leaders and organizations can cultivate environments in which integrity becomes more than an obligation to comply. It becomes a principle from which people choose to live and lead.
Drawing from psychological insights and leadership experience, the conference will invite participants to consider what it truly means to build integrity from the inside out.
SPEAKERS
This year’s speakers are:
Drs. Lindon Mareselia
Psychologist
Nelson Foendoe
Chairman, Leading with Integrity Foundation
Each speaker will bring a distinct perspective to the conversation, connecting the inner drivers of human behavior with the practical realities of leadership, organizational culture and ethical decision-making.
Together, they will move the discussion beyond the question of “How do we make people comply?” toward the more enduring question of “How do we cultivate people who choose to act with integrity?”
THE EVENT
The 9th Annual National Integrity Conference is designed to be more than a series of presentations. It will create space for leaders to examine, discuss and apply the ideas presented throughout the day.
At its core, Beyond Compliance asks leaders to reconsider where sustainable integrity begins.
Policies matter.
Accountability matters.
Controls matter.
But ultimately, integrity must become more than something an organization requires.
It must become something a person chooses.
