The following guiding questions are designed to spark reflection, frame dialogue, and help you exchange insights with other professionals at your table.

1. Many people quote C. S. Lewis’ saying: “Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is watching.” Can this kind of integrity be achieved with rules alone? If yes, why? If not, why?

2. Can our judicial system, while resting on a materialistic foundation, effectively be used to fight integrity breaches? Why? Explain your answer.

3. Name a few reasons why the principle of restoration does not play a significant role in the current integrity policy.

4. Share your thoughts about the following statement: Just as the Judeo-Christian worldview was instrumental for laying the foundation for our present technological achievements, the same worldview can assist us when designing an effective integrity policy.
